What paper do you print on?All posters ship on 200 GSM museum-grade matte stock with archival pigment inks rated 100+ years indoors. No gloss, no glare, deep blacks.

What sizes are available?Standard posters come in A4 (210×297 mm) and A3 (297×420 mm). Custom prints support both, in portrait or landscape.

Is the artwork officially licensed?Yes. Every franchise design on Posterd is printed under license from the respective rights holders. Custom prints must be art you own or have rights to.

How fast is delivery?We dispatch within 48 hours. India-wide delivery takes 2–5 business days; international orders 7–14 days. Every parcel is tracked.

Will my poster arrive undamaged?Posters ship rolled in triple-wall tubes; manga and books in rigid mailers with corner protectors. If anything arrives damaged, we replace it free — photo proof is all we need.

Can I cancel or edit an order?Yes, within 6 hours of placing it (before it enters print). Head to Account → Order history or message support with your order ID.

Do you restock Limited Drops?No. When a drop sells out, it's gone — that's the point.
